We are extremely passionate about food, which is also reflected in the glowing feedback our kitchen has received. Our food philosophy is centred around dishes prepared by using the season’s finest ingredients that draw inspiration from the beautiful archipelago. The dishes are served with delicious wines and other drinks – also ask about our specialities.

Behind our food is Hiiohoi’s kitchen team that offers high-quality seafood experiences, which at HERRÖ is led by Head of Catering and Kitchen Operations Oskari Kopio, Jacek Kukielka, who has worked in Michelin restaurants around the world, and Simo Harrivaara, who has received numerous awards (including Organic Chef of the Year 2019, Head Chef of the Year 2022 and Chef of the Year 3rd place 2023).

HERRÖ’s own Signature menu, the popular Hiiohoi Grill menu, our meeting catering and crayfish season with its delicacies are an important highlight of the archipelago experience. We are also able to customise the catering according to your wishes.
